Our History
Initially established in 2019, Terracall and Associates aims to provide a legal service that is built on trust, collaboration and innovation.
Nick Terracall founded the firm in 2019 through the acquisition of a local legal practice previously managed by Mr. Darrell Grey, a sole practitioner and former partner at the erstwhile firm, Zeeman Kable and Page.
Since its inception, our firm has dedicated itself primarily to offering litigation and dispute resolution services to clients in Northern Tasmania. We adopt a collaborative approach, prioritising client engagement and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
In 2021, we rebranded to Terracall and Associates and expanded our practice by acquiring the legal practice of Mr. CN Dockray.

Nick Terracall

About Nick
Nick completed his Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University in Queensland, graduating with Honours. His excellent academics led to his appointment as an Associate to the Deputy President of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in Brisbane.Returning to Launceston in 2016, Nick recognised the need for local businesses and individuals to have access to the kind of specialist dispute resolution services normally only offered in larger city firms. This led him to establish Terracall & Associates.Nick is an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation Standards.

About Alex
Alex graduated from the University of Tasmania with a combined degree of Arts and Law with First Class Honours in 2016. He was later admitted to practise in 2017. Since then, Alex has developed a practise in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, regularly appearing in several jurisdictions including the Magistrates Court, Supreme Court, and the Full Court of the Supreme Court.
Alex’s focus is to assist clients reach a cost-effective resolution in any given matter whilst providing advice in a no-fuss, plain English manner.

Aysha Williams

About Aysha
Aysha graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Laws in 2019.Since her admission to practice she has built a diverse career at two firms on the North West Coast specialising in civil, personal injury, commercial and estate litigation, alongside criminal law.
She has developed a particular expertise in personal injury law, with a focus on workers’ compensation and motor accident cases.Aysha moved to Launceston and joined Terracall and Associates in August 2024.
